ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးသုံး ပုံများ ( Types of Construction Drawing)

Construction Drawing တွေကိုအမျိုးအစားအားဖြင့် (5) မျိုးခွဲခြားနိုင်ပါသည်။

1. Architectural Drawing

Architectural Drawing တွေမှာတော့

- Site Plan (မြေပြင်ပေါ်မှာစလုပ်ဖို့ အတွက်ကနဦး Drawing ပဲ Location , Site’s topography တွေပါ၀င်ပါတယ်။)

- Working Plan ( အဆောက်အဦးတွေရဲ့ ရေပြင်ညီအတိုင်းအတာတွေ ၊ နံရံအထူတွေ၊ column တွေရဲ့ တည်နေရာတွေ ၊ တံခါးပေါက် ပြတင်းပေါက်တွေ ကိုပြသပါတယ်။)

- Section Drawing ( ဆောက်လုပ်ရာမှာ အသုံးပြုမဲ့ ပစ္စည်းတွေ ၊ အဆောက်အဦးကို ဒေါင်လိုက်အတိုင်း အပိုင်းပြပြီး Detail ပြသထားတာပါ။)

- Elevation Drawing ( အဆောက်အဦးဆောက်လုပ်ပြီး မြင်ရမဲ့ နောက်ဆုံးအနေအထား ၊ အမြင့်တွေ ၊ ပြတင်းပေါက်တည်နေရာတွေ ကို ပြတဲ့ Drawing အမျိုးအစားပါ။)

2. Structural Drawing

Structural Drawing တွေမှာတော့

- General Note ( အဆောက်အဦး ဆောက်လုပ်ဖို့ စံနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေ ၊ လိုက်နာရမဲ့ စည်းကမ်းတွေပါရှိပါတယ်။ concrete mix, lapping length, curing time, abbreviation, codes စတာတွေပါရှိပါတယ်။)

- Excavation Drawing (the footing excavation dimension, column position, footing plan and grid lines of column စတာတွေကိုဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။)

- Column Layout ( Column တိုင်တွေရဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ၊ တည်နေရာတွေ ၊ သံချောင်းဆင်မှုတွေ အတိအကျပါရှိပါတယ်။)

- Plinth Beam Layout (Plinth Beam တွေရဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ၊ တည်နေရာတွေ ၊ သံချောင်းဆင်မှုတွေ အတိအကျပါရှိပါတယ်။)

- Lintel Beam Layout (Lintel Beam တွေရဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ၊ တည်နေရာတွေ ၊ သံချောင်းဆင်မှုတွေ အတိအကျပါရှိပါတယ်။)

- Roof Beam and Shuttering Layout (Roof Beam နဲ့ Shuttering တွေရဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ၊ တည်နေရာတွေ ၊ သံချောင်းဆင်မှုတွေ အတိအကျပါရှိပါတယ်။)

- Roof Slab Layout (Roof Slab တွေရဲ့ အနေအထားတွေ ၊အပေါက်ဖောက်ရမဲ့ တည်နေရာတွေ ၊ လှေကားနဲ့ Skylight တွေထည့်ရမဲ့ နေရာတွေ၊ သံချောင်းဆင်မှုတွေ အတိအကျပါရှိပါတယ်။)

3. Electrical Drawing

electrical fixtures, location of switches, fan, light , load calculation, tapping for electricity, wiring path , interventions such as AC and UPS စတဲ့ လျှပ်စစ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်တွေပါရှိပါတယ်။

4. Plumbing Drawing

ရေပေးတဲ့ ပိုက်လိုင်းတွေ ၊ အညစ်အကြေးပိုက်လိုင်းတွေ ၊ ပိုက် ဆင်ပုံတွေ၊ ပိုက်ဆက်တွေ တည်နေရာပြထားပါတယ်။

5. Finishing Drawing

flooring pattern (ကြမ်းခင်းပုံစံ) , painting color ( ဆေးသုတ်ရမဲ့ အရောင်) , false ceiling shape ( မျက်နှာကြက်ပုံစံ), plastering texture ( အချောသပ်တဲ့ပုံစံ) စတာတွေကို အသေးစိတ်ဖော်ပြထားတာပါ။ တခါတလေ Elevation drawing မှာလဲ ဖော်ပြထားတတ်ပါတယ်။
